Virtual Assistant and Live Chat

Get Help Using SC.GOV
Our Virtual Assistant, "Caroline," can help you by answering some of the most common questions from previous SC.GOV visitors. Live Chat is a tool that allows you to connect with an operator for one-on-one assistance related to the SC.GOV website. Click the "Chat and Support" bubble to use either of these features.

Caroline is available 24/7; Live Chat operators are typically available Monday - Friday during state office hours.

Please do not put personal or confidential information in the Virtual Assistant or Live Chat communications to SC.GOV, as we can not ensure your privacy during Live Chat sessions and questions posed to the Virtual Assistant are used for analytics to improve the quality of the content.
